They merge with the one-of-a-kind space for a thoroughly modern sensibility.

Upstairs, floors 6 to 10 house the building’s live-work lofts of Warehouse Lofts Toronto. There you'll find a collection of small business owners and creative and technology entrepreneurs who add even more texture and energy to the building.

And with the launch of Parliament&Co., we're introducing something that's brand new to the North American market: a concept called “6-foot design.” Launched by innovators in Europe, this idea was born and developed with the COVID-19 pandemic in the community. As businesses around the world find their footing in the new post-pandemic “normal,” it seeks to keep us working together yet safely apart. The concept provides a virus-safe working environment with adapted workstations, unique routing for ideal traffic flow, and more.
